Our 4th transnational project meeting was held in Zagreb, from 21-22.9.2023, hosted by The Professional Association of Human Resource Management Employees – Centar HR. Day 1 of our meeting was dedicated to presentation of competences model and framework for new jobs required by SME waste-free economy model transformation. The rest of the day was dedicated to the creation of MOOC. The objective of the creation of MOOC is to encourage behavioural & organisational changes by equipping SME employees, managers, owners and leaders with multidimensional learning tools which will help them to become true agents of change & support successful transition to a free economy model. MOOC will be equipped with knowledge & skills to start designing and implementing waste-free economy model transformation.
On day 2 we visited ZICER- Zagreb Innovation Centre, where presentations from innovative start-ups working with circularity were held (Sarmenta and Croteh). ZICER staff showed us around their labs and held presentation on their activities related to incubation and accelaration of start-ups with special emphasis on start-ups within circular economy.
